Counselor / Therapist

Position: Counselor or Therapist (Part-Time with Growth Potential)
Location: Tupelo, MS - Hybrid (In-Office & Telehealth)

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Counselor or Therapist to join our collaborative clinical team. In this role, you will provide high-quality therapy to individuals and families within a supportive, warm, and client-centered environment. This is a part-time position with a clear pathway to full-time hours as our practice—and your caseload—grows. You will have the unique advantage of receiving a steady stream of patient referrals directly generated through our established psychological assessment services.

Who You Are:

  • Hold an active Mississippi license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PhD, or PsyD) and a Master’s or Doctoral degree in a related field.

  • Dedicated to ethical, evidence-based practice and lifelong learning.

  • Value collaboration and thrive as part of a multidisciplinary team.

  • Passionate about providing affirming, individualized care.

Preferred Experience & Interests:

  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and families.

  • A background or strong interest in neurodiversity-affirming practices.

  • Training in modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), or family systems interventions.
