Psychological Evaluations
At Cardinal Clinical Consulting, we provide a thorough and transparent evaluation process to ensure clarity, accuracy, and meaningful outcomes. Our evaluation includes three key components, billed together as a complete service:
1. Initial Intake Interview
Conducted with the parent or caregiver, this one-hour meeting (in-person or telehealth, via phone or video session) allows us to understand concerns, gather relevant history, and clarify the questions that will guide testing.
2. In-Office Testing Appointment
During this 2–3 hour appointment, Dr. Fulwiler administers standardized assessments tailored to the patient’s needs. You will receive initial impressions before leaving the office.
3. Feedback & Review Session
Approximately three weeks after testing, we schedule a one-hour meeting (in-person or telehealth) to review the final written report, explain the diagnoses assigned, discuss personalized recommendations, and answer all of your questions.
A comprehensive evaluation represents approximately 10–12 hours of clinical time, including testing, scoring, interpretation, and report writing. The total billed charge for a comprehensive psychological evaluation is typically around $2,000.
